I headed back over to Cali, basing myself in downtown Berkeley as I finalised my research for the soon-to-be US editions of the Half-Full Adventure Maps. As usual, I overextended myself and got involved in a few other cheeky projects on the side - including a musical history guide to San Francisco and crafty sustainable supplies packs for Airbnb hosts to provide to guests.
After a few shotgun trips to NYC and LA I crossed the pond to London to continue the Half-Full voyage - after throwing caution to the wind with my pens pads and cameras for a couple of weeks; I found myself as the third mate on 'a mates' catamaran in the middle of the Mediterranean. In case that wasn't intrepid enough, I decided to head back over that same pond again to put my forearm strength to the test reeling in 30 pound salmon off Vancouver Island.
After a brief stint in Melbourne -- I'm back home.
